If your item has a design issue or material defect, contact us within 30 days—we’ll review and make it right, typically with a replacement.

All items are made to order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Refunds are only available if requested before production begins. Once fulfilled, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
